By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Subscription Services
2.1 The subscription service provides you with access to our lead development and management platform.
2.2 Subscribing to our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 You agree to pay the subscription fees as outlined at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable.
3.2 Payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal and require a valid credit card.
3.3 Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis.
The subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
4. Cancelation and Refunds
4.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the customer portal on membership management page.
4.2 Cancellations take effect on the next billing cycle, and
no pro-rata refunds are given for unused portions of the subscription term.
4.3 Advertising Co-op ad packs are non refundable

5. Use of Services

All content provided through the service, including leads, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any materials without our explicit permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Prosperity Highway Global Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services.
7.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription during the preceding 12 months.
8. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9. Amendment of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nevada Any legal action related to these terms shall be filed in the courts of Nevada.

PREMIER MEMBERSHIP
-$50 1 time set up fee
-$100 per month billed automatically
-Includes full access to membership site

-inclusion in powerline lead rotator - 1 slot every month subscription is active

-Active Affiliate
POWERLINE ROTATOR
-included in every Premier Membership
-includes 1 slot in the Powerline rotator that is powered by paid ads on tier 2 online platforms
-we do not guarantee leads or signups
-on average of 30 funnel takers will be assigned on a round robin basis monthly
-if subscription is unpaid it will go inactive and power line leads will pause until reactivate and will start from that point
-leads and signups will show up in your back office
-you may use these leads for any purpose including following up with them for this program but is not required
ADVERTISING CO-OP / AD PACKS
Single Ad Pack - $300
-includes 1 slot in the advertising co-op rotator for 30 days
-on average 50 leads through your affiliate funnel but not guaranteed
-leads are assigned on a round robin basis
-leads are generated from paid advertising on top tier online platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Google.
-we do not offer refunds on ad packs - as we allocate funds to advertising.
-multiple packs are allowed and can purchased anytime
Premier Plus Subscription
-is a monthly subscription separate from the Premier Membership and is purchased separately from your members dashboard
- Premier Plus Membership is $150 1x set up fee and $250 per month billed automatically
-Includes one Single Ad Pack Every Month subscription is active
-you may cancel anytime, Cancellations take effect on the next billing cycle, and no pro-rata refunds are given for unused portions of the subscription term.
-only 1 Premier Plus Subscription is allowed per Premier Membership if you want more ad packs then you must purchase separately.
-Premier Plus Subscription is not required to buy Single Ad Packs or Multi Ad Pack Packages
Multi Ad Pack Packages
6 pack - $1200 1x fee
-runs for 90 days and includes:
-2 Single Ad Packs every month for 3 months
-there is no limit on amount of packages allowed and can be purchased anytime
-no refunds on any multi ad pack packages
-you may transfer to another premier subscriber by contacting support
24 pack - $3600 1x fee
-runs for 1 year and includes:
-2 Single Ad Packs every month for 12 months
-there is no limit on amount of packages allowed and can be purchased anytime
-no refunds on any multi ad pack packages
-you may transfer to another premier subscriber by contacting support
36 pack - $5200 1x fee
-runs for 1 year and includes:
-3 Single Ad Packs every month for 12 months
-there is no limit on amount of packages allowed and can be purchased anytime
-no refunds on any multi ad pack packages
-you may transfer to another premier subscriber by contacting support
AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS
-1 tier commission payout on personally enrolled customers only
-25% commission on all customer purchases including subscriptions
-50% commission paid on all set up fees
-Commissions are paid on the 15th Calculated from previous month
-if subscription is unpaid it will go inactive and earned commissions will pause during inactive period until reactivated and will start from that point on.

Fulfillment Policy
At Prosperity Highway Global Inc., we are committed to delivering high-quality leads and supporting your engagement with them through our conversational AI services. Our fulfillment approach includes:
1. AI Call Time
We offer unlimited conversational AI call time on all leads, whether they are self-created or assigned by our system. This ensures that you have ample opportunity to engage and qualify each lead effectively.
2. Assigned Leads
While we strive to fulfill all stated lead packs, assigned leads are not guaranteed. Nonetheless, we make every effort to provide you with the expected quantity and quality of leads based on your selected package.
3. Lead Quantities
Powerline Leads: On average, you can expect to receive approximately 30 leads for the Powerline package.
Ad Pack Leads: On average, each Ad Pack will generate around 50 leads, maximizing your opportunities for outreach and conversion.
4. Active Membership Back Office
unlimited access to your back office
we do routine maintenance and will notify all members if site will go down during this period
in case of server errors and site is down we do not offer refunds or credit for the time that it is down
we will however continue to calculate commissions and do everything in our power to get the site back up as quickly as possible
